The World Record of “Maximum international and national Certificate of Achievements, participations, Diplomas and University degrees with Distinctions and 1st divisions in few years ” is achieved by a Kashmir Bengal based Cosmopolitan Artist, Syeed Teeli (Jammu and Kashmir ) India. He is awarded dozens of Certificates in different programmes, courses and quiz competitions since 2017 by national and international organizations and universities and created World Record for the WTA International Book of Records.
Syeed has completed a Master of fine arts with an A+ grade (Visva Bharati) and a bachelor from Kashmir University with Distinction and first division. He had also completed the Master of Arts in Political Science through Indira Gandhi National open university qualified with 1st division. Currently, Syeed is Preparing for PhD in political Science and looking for online ODL programmes. Inspite of, NC courses he prefers to enrol only in credit-based courses and ODL university courses.
